The role independently dispatches domestic FTL/LTL transport using the company’s own fleet, coordinates assignments, communicates with drivers, customers, and international partners, monitors tours and processes, ensures compliance with driving and rest regulations, and handles transport documents and claims. Applicants need forwarding or logistics training, dispatching experience, geographic knowledge, communication and organizational skills, IT proficiency, and resilience.
