The University Police Department is hiring a full-time Dispatcher to monitor and direct routine and emergency telephone and radio communications, manage MULES and dispatch records, respond to alarms and security systems, operate mass-notification and warning systems, and provide logistical support to university services. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, MULES certification or eligibility within six months, dispatch technology proficiency, customer-service experience, and availability for all shifts, including midnight, weekends, holidays, and academic breaks.
