Description
The Dispensary Shift Supervisor reports to the Dispensary Manager and Assistant Dispensary Manager(s) and oversees Budtenders, Inventory Specialists, and Dispensary Entry Agents. Responsibilities include daily dispensary operations, regulatory compliance, sales oversight, scheduling, inventory and expiring-product tracking, financial records and cash handling, SOP updates, store organization, customer service, product knowledge, staff support, and feedback resolution. The role requires night, holiday, and weekend availability, a minimum age of 21, a valid driver’s license or state ID, background-check clearance, and the ability to move heavy equipment or products; cannabis experience is preferred.
