Sika Hong Kong is hiring a dispenser engineer to support procurement and spend management for the Ronacrete factory in Nansha and the Hong Kong company. The role focuses on managing direct material purchasing, key indirect spend (OPEX/CAPEX) as assigned by the procurement manager, driving cost-reduction and efficiency projects, supporting supplier/TFS audits, ensuring compliance with internal procurement guidelines, preparing reports and analyses, and contributing to systems and process improvements. The posting prefers candidates with a diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, chemistry, or a related field, 3–5 years of procurement or supply chain experience (preferably in chemicals), strong communication and presentation skills, independence, adaptability, and fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
