E Ink is hiring an engineer to develop advanced driving methods for next-generation large-format color e-paper signage displays. The role involves electro-optical experimentation, display-system analysis, color and optical performance optimization, software and algorithm development, reliability support, customer issue investigation, and documentation of technical findings. The position requires an engineering, physics, applied mathematics, signal processing, computer science, or related degree; laboratory research and hardware-system experience; programming, preferably Python; and experience with deep learning and software tools. The annual base salary range is $110,000 to $140,000, with an estimated total compensation range of $150,000 to $210,000, and benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance.
