Description
Google is hiring a Display Software Technical Lead to own large portions of the Pixel device display software stack, including device controls, brightness, color management, image enhancement, thermal and power management, and production infrastructure. The role leads software design, project planning, implementation, testing, and launch while collaborating with Android, hardware, silicon, and external partners. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of software development experience, 5 years in software design and architecture, 5 years in Android development or internals, and Linux Kernel experience; display, embedded, mobile, and technical leadership experience are preferred.
