The employer is hiring a Disponent und Supporter (m/w/d) to support the Herzogenrath production and sales organization. The role plans technician personnel and assembly work, optimizes workshop processes, provides telephone and email support for technical issues, performs quality checks and assembly takeovers, prepares transport of assembled customer equipment, supplies consumables, and manages orders in the ERP system. Candidates need a completed technical vocational training or a commercial training with strong technical understanding, along with reliability, customer communication, teamwork, and German, English, and French language skills.
