Select Water Solutions is hiring a full-time Disposal Operator to safely and efficiently operate a disposal well system. The role maintains the disposal area, monitors pumps and trucks, retrieves and disposes of oil and water, documents disposal activities, ensures regulatory compliance, coordinates with drivers and night attendants, and maintains a safe work environment. The position requires 12-hour shifts, a valid driver’s license, mechanical ability, environmental compliance knowledge, and strong communication and organizational skills; mechanical experience is preferred.
