Description
The Dispute Analytics Representative monitors and analyzes dispute volumes, reviews disputed transactions, identifies trends and risk-supervision entities, collaborates with Global Network partners on dispute-reduction strategies, and reports findings to management. The role also supports manual adjustments, the Disputes production team, and special projects. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification and at least two years of experience in credit card disputes processing, investigations, or analytics are required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing is preferred. The position is based in Riverwoods, Illinois, with a full-time annual salary of $62,900 to $71,800, and Capital One does not sponsor employment authorization for this role.
