Langley Federal Credit Union is hiring a full-time Dispute Operations Representative to work hybrid from its City Center office in Newport News, Virginia. The role handles intake, investigation, processing, and finalization of card and payment disputes, including debit and credit card transactions, ACH transfers, and electronic fund transfer issues. The representative investigates fraud and non-fraud claims, communicates with members, maintains case records, prepares regulatory reports, and collaborates with Branch Services, Fraud & BSA, and Accounting. Two years of financial institution experience is required, preferably involving electronic funds transfer disputes or fraud investigation, while Visa Dispute or AAP certification is preferred. The target pay range is $17.64 to $21.78.
