Bosch is hiring a Dispute Processor in Brazil to support America's business and NAM customers. The role researches and reconciles partial payments, deductions, disputed balances, and overdue invoices; serves as the primary customer contact for payment discrepancies; conducts root-cause analysis; validates documentation; resolves disputes; manages work items and debit/credit memos; supports account reconciliations and audits; and partners with cross-functional teams to improve resolution processes. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant business or finance field, accounts receivable and dispute-resolution experience, English communication skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency, with SAP ERP experience preferred.
