Takeda is hiring a full-time Dissolution Analytical Development Lead in Cambridge, Massachusetts, to lead dissolution method development, qualification, technology transfer, regulatory and technical strategy, automated dissolution systems, biorelevant assessment, and GMP bridging across multiple pharmaceutical programs. The role provides technical and people leadership, manages cross-functional roadmaps and automation initiatives, and requires 8–12+ years of relevant analytical or formulation development experience, a relevant scientific or engineering degree, and strong stakeholder and leadership skills. The U.S. base salary range is $154,400 to $242,550.
