SQUER is hiring a Distinguished Engineer, AI-Native Engineering to set technical direction for AI-native delivery, prototype agents and internal tooling, evaluate models and frameworks, advise CTOs and enterprise stakeholders, drive AI enablement across more than 100 engineers, and represent the company in conferences and RFPs. The role requires deep agentic engineering, architecture, distributed systems, platform engineering, and enterprise delivery experience, along with a public track record and the ability to defend technical positions. It offers hybrid work, training, and an annual gross salary of €75,000 to €95,000.
