Citizens is hiring a Distinguished Engineer, AI Tooling & Security to lead the design, development, deployment, and secure operation of enterprise AI platforms and applications. The role combines software and platform engineering with advanced security expertise, covering AI lifecycle controls, threat mitigation, identity and access management, encryption, monitoring, cloud hardening, and incident response. It requires 10+ years of relevant engineering experience, strong Python and cloud security skills, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience. The position offers a salary of $175,000 to $250,000 per year plus incentive earnings and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
