Description

NVIDIA is hiring a Distinguished Engineer, Power Architecture to develop long-term power architecture strategy across datacenter GPUs, GeForce and client products, automotive, robotics, and edge-AI platforms. The role owns performance-versus-power analysis, silicon and vendor/IP co-architecture, thermal and system-level power management, ML- and workload-aware modeling, post-silicon optimization, and the development of technical leaders. Candidates need an MSEE, MSCE, or PhD or equivalent experience, at least 18 years of relevant experience, and demonstrated ownership of power architecture across multiple silicon generations. The base salary range is 320,000 USD to 488,750 USD, with equity and benefits, and applications were accepted until May 18, 2026.
