Description
SonicWall is hiring a Distinguished Engineer to define and drive the long-term technical vision, architecture, and evolution of its Secure Private Access (SPA) platform and Zero Trust access technologies. The role leads scalable, secure, cloud-native distributed systems; influences engineering strategy across product and engineering organizations; advises executive leadership; mentors Principal Engineers; and champions AI-first engineering practices. It requires 15–18+ years of software engineering experience, deep expertise in networking, traffic processing, distributed systems, and secure access technologies, plus experience with Go, C++, Rust, or similar systems languages and large-scale production incident response.
