Description
Rocket is hiring a Distinguished Engineer to set multi-year technical direction for its Servicing Tech systems and platforms, including the next-generation servicing system, AI-based workflows, and platform integrations. The role owns architectural patterns, cross-cutting platform investments, uncertain multi-year bets, executive technical advising, engineering alignment, external recognition, and mentorship of Principal Engineers. It requires significant senior individual-contributor experience, enterprise-scale platform-building experience, sustained external recognition, and ownership of at least one multi-year technical bet. The position may include on-call coverage and offers a base salary of $249,500 to $529,500 plus potential bonus, incentives, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
