The DMTS provides enterprise-level technical leadership for photolithography, defining long-term technology strategy, roadmaps, and innovation directions across R&D and manufacturing. The role sponsors future-node initiatives, de-risks novel lithography concepts, mentors senior engineers and technical leaders, establishes standards and intellectual-property practices, and influences strategy at executive and industry levels. Candidates must have a PhD with at least 15 years or a master’s degree with at least 17 years of relevant experience in semiconductor photolithography process development, along with advanced expertise in photolithography equipment, metrology, optics, immersion lithography, polarized illumination, low k1 imaging, semiconductor process flows, memory architecture, and multi-node, multi-site program leadership.
