Description
Micron is hiring a DMTS to lead enterprise-wide cell film process technology, shape technical vision, drive breakthroughs and external collaborations, mentor senior technical leaders, and guide investment and prioritization decisions. The role requires a PhD or master’s degree with extensive relevant experience, thin-film R&D expertise in NAND diffusion, CVD, and cell film technologies, and deep knowledge of ALD/CVD, process-device correlation, reliability modeling, failure analysis, and advanced characterization. The DMTS will also prepare technical presentations, white papers, and patent filings and integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality.
