Description
Credit Acceptance is hiring a Distinguished Engineer to set the multi-year technical strategy for the company’s enterprise architecture, including target architecture, agentic AI systems, cloud and data-platform migrations, real-time decisioning, marketplace and search systems, and AI-native engineering practices. The role is an individual-contributor position reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, requiring hands-on technical work, cross-organizational influence, and development of staff and principal engineers. It is hybrid, with work from home and some onsite work at an assigned office location.
