Description
Netflix is hiring a Staff Distributed Systems Engineer on Ads Policy Infrastructure to provide hands-on technical leadership for systems that define, govern, evaluate, and explain advertising policy across its ads ecosystem. The individual-contributor role will shape the longer-term architecture of policy platforms, establish reliability, scalability, security, and operational standards, identify cross-team technical opportunities, and deliver code, designs, prototypes, and production systems. The role seeks deep experience with large-scale distributed systems, API design, data modeling, and evaluation, along with strong cross-team influence and mentoring capabilities.
