The Distributed Systems Engineer will design, develop, and operate massively scalable distributed systems powering Amazon WorkSpaces Core virtual desktop experiences. The role spans the full technology stack, including end-user experiences, platform services, provisioning, management, and performance at scale, and requires collaboration with diverse engineering teams. Candidates need at least three years of professional software development experience, two years of design or architecture experience, experience with large-scale distributed software, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
