ThisWay Global is hiring a full-time, remote Distributed Systems Engineer in the United States to build foundational distributed systems and operational infrastructure for AI and exascale computing environments. The role focuses on systems programming, fault tolerance, distributed coordination, reliability, performance optimization, API design, and production debugging, primarily using Rust. Candidates should have experience building distributed systems in low-bandwidth or unreliable-network environments, production systems in Rust or Go, and knowledge of consistency models, coordination strategies, and state replication.
