The Cloud Performance Engineering team at ClickHouse is hiring a distributed systems performance engineer to help build and optimize ClickHouse Cloud. The role focuses on benchmarking system and database performance, capacity sizing, troubleshooting, configuration tuning, and driving chaos engineering initiatives across engineering teams. Candidates should have 6+ years of experience building and operating scalable distributed systems, strong programming skills in Go/C/C++/Java, experience with concurrency, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and public cloud services, plus strong communication and production debugging skills.
