Description
Ensono is hiring a Distributed Technical Advisor (TA) – Expert to serve as a senior technical leader for assigned high-value clients across complex distributed infrastructure and private cloud environments. The role coordinates across operating systems, virtualization, networking, storage, middleware, databases, VDI, and cloud technologies; leads major incidents and escalations; coaches engineering teams; improves service reliability and SLA performance; and acts as the India-based technical counterpart to an onshore Lead TA. The position requires 15+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience, deep hands-on expertise in Windows, Linux, and VMware, client-facing experience, and the ability to work primarily during US business hours, including an early-morning India start.
