Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Distribution and Transportation Manager to support MT SC ERP Business Platform Operations in EMEA. This role involves leading the distribution and transportation business area within the MedTech SC Digital Transformation organization, focusing on modernizing supply chain digital capabilities using SAP S/4HANA. The manager will ensure effective coordination between various stakeholders, build strong relationships with end-users, and lead initiatives for process improvements and training.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or large-scale ERP transformation programs.
3 years of ERP platform support and/or transformation experience in the healthcare or health services industry.
experience developing, implementing, and/or supporting operational technology processes within a Distribution and Transportation workstream, site, or team.
experience managing project timelines and milestones in complex business environments.
demonstrated ability to engage and establish relationships with business partners.
experience working in a complex, multi-ERP or multi-system environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience with SAP system deployments, including hypercare activities, particularly within Distribution and Transportation.
Certification in relevant areas of expertise, such as PMP, APICS, Lean/Six Sigma, or Process Excellence.
SAP S/4HANA certification.
