Nesco Resource is hiring a Distribution Associate – QIC for a third-shift warehouse role in Rochester, New York. The position supports inventory control, product replenishment, cycle counting, put-away, order shortages, and warehouse organization while maintaining FIFO compliance and inventory accuracy. It is a temp-to-perm opportunity paying $18.00 per hour plus a 15% third-shift differential, with a 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM Sunday–Thursday schedule. A high school diploma or GED is required, while warehouse, WMS, forklift, and man-up equipment experience are preferred. The role requires physical warehouse work, including lifting up to 25 pounds and operating man-up equipment, and includes medical, vision, dental, 401K, and EAP benefits.
