Responsible for overall distribution center operations at O'Reilly Auto Parts, including customer service, asset management, financial oversight, safety, inventory integrity, compliance, staffing, training, budgeting, and team leadership. The role requires 4+ years of distribution center management or assistant management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a high school diploma or GED; a college degree, logistics certification, and Spanish fluency are preferred. Compensation is $103,148 to $154,722, with a benefits package that includes PTO, stock purchase plan, 401(k), and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
