Description
The HR Business Partner provides full-time, on-site HR support for the Dallas Distribution Hub in Lancaster, Texas. The role serves as a visible HR resource for employees, contingent workers, supervisors, and site leadership, handling employee relations, investigations, corrective action, workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, benefits, leave administration, compliance, reporting, and HR operations. The position requires independent management of routine matters, coaching of supervisors, and reliable coverage across two shifts, with a bachelor's degree and at least five years of progressive human resources experience required.
