Description
The Distribution Center Process Coordinator drives daily performance and consistency across a distribution center by coordinating shift startup meetings, monitoring workflow across receiving, picking, packing, put wall, and shipping, supporting onboarding and cross-training, and guiding associates through safety, quality, and productivity standards. The role also addresses process bottlenecks, conducts root-cause investigations, tracks performance metrics, and partners with operations leadership on continuous improvement. It requires at least one year of distribution, warehouse, or logistics experience, strong communication and organizational skills, root-cause analysis and process-improvement ability, WMS and RF scanning knowledge, and the ability to work variable shifts and perform physically demanding warehouse work.
