Ferguson is hiring an immediate Shift Manager for its Bloomingdale Distribution Center. The role leads a 2nd-shift team of salaried and hourly associates and oversees workload planning, production, safety, regulatory compliance, shipping, receiving, inventory control, quality, employee engagement, and coordination with senior leadership. The position requires at least five years of supply chain distribution management experience, with a bachelor’s degree, WMS and LMS, project management, robotics, conveyance, and slotting equipment experience preferred. The pay range is $4,124.70 to $9,075.00, with the starting wage potentially higher in certain locations.
