Description
The Warehouse Supervisor leads and trains warehouse associates, coordinates picking, packing, and shipping workflows, performs quality inspections, enforces safety and company policies, improves operational efficiency, maintains a safe work environment, prepares performance reports, and supports hiring and termination activities. The role requires an associate’s degree or equivalent work experience, at least two years of leadership or warehouse supervisory experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems, and strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skills. The salary range is $62,000 to $65,000.
