Rexel USA is hiring a Distribution Center Team Lead in Carrollton, Texas to supervise and coordinate a small distribution-center team. The role supports inbound and outbound shipping, delivery scheduling, safety, material-handling equipment, inventory accuracy, shipment quality, and department operations, and may act as a temporary supervisor when higher-level supervisors are unavailable. The position follows a Monday-to-Friday 9 a.m.-6 p.m. schedule and offers paid holidays and time off. Candidates need at least four years of distribution-center or warehouse experience; forklift, hand-truck, and pallet-jack certification and a high school diploma or GED are preferred.
