Ross Stores is hiring a Distribution Center Warehouse Supervisor for its Houston, Texas distribution center in Brookshire. The role supervises hourly and temporary warehouse associates, oversees production planning, labor allocation, safety compliance, training, performance evaluations, corrective actions, and administrative paperwork to ensure timely and accurate processing and distribution of merchandise to stores. The position is regular full-time and requires strong communication, organization, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with either a BS degree or two years of supervisory experience in a production or merchandising function preferred.
