Description
HDR is hiring a Distribution EIT to work under Project Managers and Project Engineers on electrical distribution design projects. The role involves developing design options, performing modeling and calculations, preparing design sketches and construction drawings, assisting with cost estimates and specifications, participating in field reviews, and supporting electrical layout, cable sizing, structure design, equipment selection, and bill of materials. The position may require occasional short-term travel and infrequent longer-term assignments, and prefers candidates with two years of distribution design experience, relevant software knowledge, and local availability.
