The role manages business plans and operating budgets, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, represents the company in regulatory and industry organizations, and is accountable for project, safety, compliance, facility performance, and customer satisfaction goals. It requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least seven years of distribution engineering or equivalent design/operations experience, including three years supervising, managing, or leading teams or projects.
