Watts is hiring an onsite Distribution Center Lead in Groveport, Ohio, reporting to the Distribution Center Supervisor. The role coordinates warehouse workflow, work assignments, truck arrivals, dock assignments, inventory counts, product staging, shipping status, equipment issues, safety, quality, and employee training. It requires prior warehouse, distribution, logistics, or related experience, along with warehouse equipment, inventory, warehouse systems, and basic math skills. The position works Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with overtime at the beginning of the shift if necessary, and includes medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, paid time off, and other benefits.
