Description
The Material Handler supports Estée Lauder’s distribution and manufacturing operations by loading and unloading materials, verifying shipments, operating manual and powered material-handling equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, documenting shipping and receiving orders, and troubleshooting sorting-area issues. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, some general warehouse experience preferred, basic Microsoft Windows skills, English communication ability, physical lifting of up to 50 pounds, and a PMHE license; a forklift certification is mandatory after 90 days. The anticipated hourly pay is $17.00 to $28.00, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus and health, dental, and vision insurance.
