Description
The Food Distribution Center is hiring a Warehouse Operations Trainer to work on the floor and train new and current employees in receiving, storage, product selection, inventory, shipping, merchandise handling, equipment use, safety, food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene. The role involves demonstrating procedures, monitoring performance, documenting progress, providing feedback, maintaining training materials, and supporting productivity and safety initiatives. Candidates need warehouse, distribution, logistics, or inventory-management experience; knowledge of warehouse processes and safety standards; communication and organizational skills; basic computer and Microsoft Office proficiency; and availability for on-site, flexible-schedule work.
