Description
The AMES Companies is hiring a Distribution Operator 2 for the 1st Shift (5:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m.) at its Carlisle, Pennsylvania distribution center. The role involves loading, unloading, moving, stocking, staging, partial and full picking, replenishment, put-away, and hand unloading import containers, while maintaining industrial lift-truck certifications and reporting inventory variances. Candidates need at least two or three stand-up forklift certifications, RF scanning experience or training, basic math and reading skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
