The role supervises subordinate workers in a warehouse or storage environment, plans work and resources, assigns tasks, monitors and inspects work, sets performance standards, counsels employees, and initiates disciplinary actions. It is an Expeditionary Civilian (EC) position based in DLA Distribution Susquehanna in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, requiring U.S. citizenship, a favorable suitability or fitness determination, hazardous-materials handling certification, a Material Handling Equipment license, and completion of a Supervisory Certification Program. The work involves extended standing, lifting up to 40 pounds, and exposure to warehouse and outdoor conditions.
