Description
The Distribution Safety Manager leads safety strategies across a large-scale distribution network supporting professional drivers. The role oversees safety performance and regulatory compliance for approximately 250 commercial drivers, analyzes inward-facing camera data, conducts risk assessments and root-cause investigations, develops training and safety programs, monitors safety KPIs, and ensures compliance with DOT, OSHA, and FMCSA requirements. The position requires regular travel to operational sites, strong transportation and safety management experience, and the ability to work in manufacturing and plant environments.
