Description
The role is an EDC Sales Manager responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and training sales teams, defining sales-force structure and processes, managing customer expectations, and converting merchants to use Paytm’s Swipe EDC machines. The position requires at least one year of distribution sales experience in fintech, banking, or EDC sales, a bachelor’s degree, local-language ability, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and willingness to travel.
