Description
ConnectWise is hiring a Distributor Sales Manager to own the strategic, commercial, and operational relationship with authorized distributors across the EMEA region. The role drives indirect revenue growth through distributor strategy, joint business planning, performance management, enablement, channel governance, and alignment with the Regional Sales Manager and MSP customers. It requires 8–12+ years of distributor, channel sales, or partner leadership experience, strong SaaS and MSP knowledge, EMEA market experience, and fluency in Italian or Spanish. The position may be onsite, hybrid, or remote depending on location and may require 0–10% travel.
