Avery Dennison is hiring a Distribution Supervisor in Miamisburg, Ohio, primarily on the second shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday work and flexibility to support third-shift operations. The role supervises approximately 17 warehouse employees, including teams handling finished goods and raw materials, and is responsible for safety, housekeeping, performance management, inventory and cost-efficiency improvements, KPI tracking, and department budget management. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of manufacturing or distribution experience including two years of supervisory experience, and two years of warehouse operations experience.
