Description
The Distribution Supervisor, 2nd Shift oversees material processing throughout a manufacturing facility, including receiving, put-away, manifesting, picking, packing, shipping, loading, cycle counting, transfer orders, inventory control, and outbound shipment coordination. The role manages and develops staff, improves distribution processes, supports customer delivery and quality objectives, and may act as an SAP Super User. The position begins with approximately 2–3 months of 1st-shift training before transitioning to the regular Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM schedule.
