Spinrite is hiring a Distribution Supervisor to report to the Distribution Manager and oversee warehouse distribution operations. The role plans work assignments and equipment allocation, monitors pick rates and performance targets, generates reports, schedules associates, creates work instructions, applies Lean methodology, coaches department leads, partners with other departments, and helps maintain the facility budget. Candidates should have warehouse experience, basic Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge, and the ability to solve basic mathematical problems; leading employees in a warehouse setting is a plus.
