Bimbo Canada is hiring a Distribution Supervisor to lead daily distribution operations, including shipping, receiving, warehousing, customer shipments, employee development, labour relations, safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role requires 2 to 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a distribution, warehouse, shipping, or receiving environment, experience managing frontline employees in a unionized workplace, knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, and project leadership experience. The annual salary range is $61,500 to $92,250, excluding discretionary bonus compensation and benefits.
