The Kinetic Group is hiring a Distribution Supervisor in Ozark, Missouri, to lead hourly employees in a distribution area and coordinate people, equipment, safety, quality, inventory, delivery schedules, performance evaluations, training, and corrective actions. The role reports to the Distribution Manager, works a Monday–Thursday day shift, and requires an associate’s degree or equivalent education and experience, mechanical aptitude, and knowledge of distribution processes, inventory control, and quality control.
