Wilson Construction Company is hiring a full-time Distribution/Transmission Estimator / Project Manager in El Dorado Hills, California. The role leads technical and project-management work on large utility construction projects, including estimating, planning, coordination, proposal fulfillment, scheduling, cost control, and quality control. Candidates need five years of office and field management or technical services experience in distribution/transmission utility electrical construction, two years as a lead estimator and project manager, a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Primavera. The position is office-based, requires travel and outdoor work, and offers a $125,000–$175,000 annual salary plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, vacation, and holiday benefits.
